If no deal is agreed between the EU and the UK then for an aircraft owner the following information is set out in the legislation:
The UK’s regulations on aircraft registration would not change. Therefore, Commonwealth citizens and nationals of any European Economic Area State would still be able to maintain an aircraft on the UK register.
Aircraft radio licences:
In November 2018 the administration for aircraft radio licences moved from the CAA to OFCOM. At this stage it is not expected that a no deal EU-exit would result in any changes to aircraft radio licences. Please contact OFCOM for further information.
